TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.0	Full payment is required upon booking and shall be confirmed upon clearance of payment. Please allow 3 working days for your booking to be processed.
2.0	Payment by Credit Card is subject to bank approval and will be charged immediately to your account. Submission of the Credit Card Number shall be treated as conclusive proof of booking.
3.0	Orders pending payments because of credit card problem will be automatically CANCELLED within 7 days.
4.0	Kindly inform SIC 5 days in advance in the event that tickets are to be collected from the SIC Ticketing Counter (Provided always that payment has been cleared).
5.0	Full ticket price is required for children above 7 years old.
6.0	No change of ticket details and refund will be entertained upon confirmation. Additional booking is subject to availability of tickets.
7.0	Any dispute/claimant of non-receivable and undelivered tickets arises therein shall not be entertained.
8.0	Proof of fax/e-mail will not be accepted as proof of receipt. SIC is not responsible for any lost or misdirect mail.
9.0	Upgrading and change of tickets will not be entertained once tickets are printed.
10.0	Discount prices (where applicable) only applies if payment is made and cleared within the discount period.
11.0	All sales of tickets are subject to the Condition of Sales & Condition of Entry. SIC reserves the right to charge an admin fee of RM 20.00 per ticket in the event that customer failed to comply with the terms and condition.
12.0	All information is valid and accurate as of the date of publication. SIC reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice.

TICKETS SALES INFORMATION

Ticket Counter/Telephone Sales/Online Bookings and Reservation

Cut off date for all advance booking is 5 days before event
Operational hours for the Ticket Counter is:
Weekdays - 8.30am – 5.30pm (local hour)
Saturday & Sunday - 10.00am – 3.00pm (local hour)
Public Holiday - Closed

2.0

Collection (All tickets must collected latest by 1 week before event)

Ticket to be collected at SIC Ticket Counter only.
Please bring along your confirmation letter, credit card/original
bank-in
slip/remittance slip and passport/any identification when collecting
your ticket.
Operational hours:
Weekdays - 8.30am – 5.30pm (local hour)
Saturday & Sunday - 10.00am – 3.00pm (local hour)
Public Holiday - Closed

3.0

Delivery

Cut off date for request of tickets delivery is 7 days before event
Any change of delivery address must be in writing and reach SIC one month before event and is subject to admin charges of RM20.00 per transaction.
The delivery charges for domestic is RM25.00 and international is USD25.00/RM 80.00
Delivery process will commence one month before event.

Parking space is limited. Please ensure purchase of parking sticker.

2.0

SIC reserves the right to release the reservation/booking in the event that payment
is not cleared within 3 days from the date of booking.
